Hello lybrate-user To loose weight fast your total calories expenditure should be higher than total calories intake. Eat more vegetables, fruits n whole grains. Bank on proteins like lean meats, milk n milk products n eggs as they keeps you full for long. Eat small meals frequently instead of 3 large ones. Drink at least 3-4 ltrs of water. Try to add an strength training regimen in your schedule. Best wishes.
